David Aker has been engaged in all aspects of intellectual property law, including federal-court litigation, licensing, right-to-use studies, patent infringement opinions, due diligence investigations, preparation and prosecution of U.S. and foreign patent applications, trademark applications, and counseling on trademark and copyright matters.

David Aker has particular experience in electrical, computer, mechanical, and process-related inventions and in the fields of analytical instruments and medical devices, including pacemakers, defibrillators, and ultrasonic imaging systems. He has also been retained as a patent expert in patent litigation.
